PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a relationship between a plurality of contents as related information of the contents based on the type of information processing in the contents.;SOLUTION: The related content evaluation device includes: reading out related information including a first content identifier and degree of relationship in associated with the related information, from a storage section for storing related information including a plurality of content identifiers for identifying a content in association with degree of relationship which is a value of an indicator of relationship between contents identified by the content identifiers; and determining that a content identified by the first content identifier and a content identified by the second content identifier are related when a ratio of the sum of the degree of the relationship in associated with the related information including the first content identifier and the second content identifier, and the sum of the degree of the relationship in associated with the related information including the first content identifier, out of the degrees of the relationship which has been read out, is more than or equal to a predetermined threshold value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
