PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement quick warning and the like while suppressing use of a public network as much as possible when disaster occurs.;SOLUTION: A disaster prevention management device activates the disaster prevention management device as a composite machine having an image formation function and a communication function using a public network. When detecting occurrence of disaster on the basis of information acquired by the communication function, the disaster prevention management device outputs a warning and/or makes another apparatus connected to the disaster prevention management device directly or through a non-public network output the warning. When detecting occurrence of disaster on the basis of information acquired by the communication function, the disaster prevention management device changes over an operation state of the other apparatus connected to the disaster prevention management device directly or through the non-public network.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
