PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subgrade analyzer and the like capable of simply and accurately performing subgrade displacement analysis.;SOLUTION: A subgrade analyzer 1 receives an input of a slide line 102 of a subgrade 100 and divides a soil mass between a surface of the subgrade 100 and the slide line 102 into a plurality of sections to set slices 103. When receiving inputs of parameters required for analysis and an earthquake motion waveform, the subgrade analyzer calculates a safety factor FS from balance of force and balance of moment in the slices 103. When the safety factor FS is below a predetermined value, a rotation angle around a center of gravity G of the soil mass and a displacement due to linear movement of the center of gravity G are calculated, and a displacement at an arbitrary point B is calculate on the basis of them and added successively to calculate a final displacement.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
