PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pump unit capable of being easily cleaned and maintained even when a height of a ceiling space is low.SOLUTION: A drain pump unit includes: a drain pan 19 disposed in a unit housing 18; a drain pump sensor unit 20 disposed in the unit housing 18 in a state of being vertically put in and out, and having a drain pump for sucking drainage in the drain pan 19 to discharge the same to the external; and a power source control box 21 disposed above the drain pan 19 in the unit housing 18, and controlling an operation of the drain pump. The drain pump sensor unit 20 and the power source control box 21 include locking means for detachably locking the drain pump sensor unit 20 to the power source control box 21 by being engaged with each other. When the drain pump sensor unit 20 is locked to the power source control box 21, the unit 20 is held at an upper portion with respect to a position in use so that the drain pan 19 can be horizontally moved.
