PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cubic volume estimation device capable of estimating a cubic volume of a cubic volume estimation object with a small error.;SOLUTION: The device includes: three-dimensional point group acquisition means 121 in which laser measurement means 11 measures a distance from a laser emission point to an irradiation point on a surface of a measuring object to obtain a three-dimensional point group data calculating a three-dimensional coordinate; data storage means 124 for storing a background data which is a three-dimensional point group data acquiring a state where no object whose cubic volume is to be estimated exists, as a measuring object, as well as a plurality of foreground data which are three-dimensional point group data obtained from a plurality of spots, using a state where any object whose cubic volume is to be estimated exists as a measuring object; voxel data generation means 122 for generating a plurality of object voxel data on the object whose cubic volume is to be estimated, from each of the plurality of foreground data and the background data; and cubic volume calculation means 123 for outputting a cubic volume of the common voxel data extracted as a portion common to the plurality of object voxel data, as a cubic volume of the object whose cubic volume is to be estimated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
