The tray-stacking device has a housing (1) and a stacking platform (2) connected at a spring arrangement with a contact surface (3) for storing a tray stack of multiple trays. The stacking platform is arranged on an outer surface (6) of the housing in a vertical movable manner. The contact surface of the stacking platform is inclined to a horizontal reference surface at an angle of inclination. The horizontal reference surface compensates the inclined position of the tray stack.
