The lifting bar (10) has one leg (16) and another leg (18) forming a U-shape, where the legs are positioned at a distance from one another which is greater than a predetermined thickness. A handle (20) is attached to one leg among the two legs, where the two U-legs are placed at the distance, which is between 3 and 15 centimeters. The U-legs have a cushioned cover (22), which is made of a silicone hose or a foam. A bent round bar is provided, which is made of steel or aluminum.
