The encapsulation structure (120) has a main portion whose rigidity is set smaller than the rigidity of a housing portion (110) of a machine structure (100). An active sound proofing portion is arranged on the housing portion of the machine structure. The sound proofing portion is provided for attenuation of impact sound and airborne sound radiation. The active sound proofing portion is provided with sensors (122,123) and an actuator (125).
