Digital camera for use in high-resolution imaging system, has fixed value reference component fixed between object or lens and image detecting sensor that is installed on corresponding high-resolution actuator system
The digital camera has a fixed value reference component (3b) fixed between an object or lens (4) and an image detecting sensor (1) that is installed on a corresponding high-resolution X-Y actuator system, particularly a X-Y piezo positioning table (2), for a pixel grid analysis. The fixed value reference component is fixed on a mirror (6). The functional fixed value reference component is realized as an edge end rectangular reference line on the fixed value reference component. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a line scanner or flatbed scanner for use in the high-resolution imaging system, with an image detecting sensor fixed to the glass plate; and (2) a fixed value reference component.
