Cutter module useful for dough processing plant, comprises a supporting frame that is mountable on dough conveying device with two lateral supporting columns, and a cutting blade for cutting a dough sheet conveyed on dough conveying device
Cutter module (4) for dough processing plant (1), comprises (a) a supporting frame that is mountable on a dough conveying device (6) of the dough processing plant with two lateral supporting columns, which are arranged on both sides of the longitudinal sides of dough conveying device, and (b) a cutting blade for cutting through a dough sheet conveyed on the dough conveying device, where the cutting blade is guided transversely to a conveying direction (7) of the dough sheet in the supporting frame, and has a curved cutting edge. Cutter module (4) for dough processing plant (1), comprises (a) a supporting frame that is mountable to a dough conveying device (6) of the dough processing plant with two lateral supporting columns, which are arranged on both sides of the longitudinal sides of dough conveying device, and (b) a cutting blade for cutting through a dough sheet conveyed on the dough conveying device, where the cutting blade is guided transversely to a conveying direction (7) of the dough sheet in the supporting frame, and has a curved cutting edge. The cutter module is designed such that the cutting blade is rollable on a cutting base during cutting. An independent claim is also included for a cutting and conveyor module with the cutter module, comprising a dough feeding- and dough removal device for conveying the dough sheet towards the cutter module and for conveying the dough sheet away from the cutter module.
