The adjuster (30) has an actuator (1) fixed to a crankshaft-fixed drive shaft (2) and fixed to a cam shaft-fixed driven shaft (3). Another actuator (7) is connected with the former actuator. The latter actuator is resiliently fixed at a cylinder head (ZK) of a combustion engine. A resilient fixation of the latter actuator is arranged at the cylinder head along axial and radial direction by rubber mounts or spring (11). A stator (8) of the latter actuator is aligned and mounted to the former actuator or to a shaft (4) of the actuator. The former actuator is selected from a group of swashplate gear box or planetary gear. The latter actuator is selected from a group of an axial flux machine, radial flux machine or brushless direct current (DC) motor. The actuators are selected from a group of magnetic valves, electromotors or electrical operated brakes.
