Automatic coffee machine for preparing coffee, has rod-shaped loosening units loosing beans in bean containers and movable by drive motor of closure unit, where closure unit temporarily closes bean discharge openings
The machine (1) has bean containers (2, 3) comprising bean discharge openings (4, 5) for storing beans. A grinding unit is formed in the bean containers for grinding the beans. A brewing unit is arranged downstream to the grinding unit for the grinded beans. A closure unit (6) temporarily closes the bean discharge openings. The closure unit comprises a drive motor that adjusts adjusting parts (10, 11) of the closure unit relative to the bean discharge openings. Rod-shaped loosening units (17, 18) loose the beans in the bean containers, and are movable by the drive motor of the closure unit. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a coffee machine.
