The device has a platform (1,1.1) which is connected with a main drive (3) over a swivel arm (2.1), where the main drive rotates the swivel arm around a pivot axis (S) during the platform is rotated opposite to the swivel arm around the rotational axis. The main drive is displaceable in a fixed and linear manner. The main drive is an electric motor. The platform is connected with the main drive, so that it remains at each turn in the horizontal. An independent claim is included for a method for transferring the loads by a platform.
