The device has a fixture tube chute and an inclination tube chute attached to perimeter of an upper console frame at a fire-proof fabric chute (2). Four equal-length ropes (4) serve as a framework of the tube and are attached in four edges of the upper console frame. Each pair of the ropes is guided at side walls along four supporting fillers (8) of horizontal fire-proof flaps (9). Four springs (13) are connected with stationary hooks (14) or with a platform for pressing down a drop frame to ground.
