If rate of tricuspid flow spread decreases to 30 cm/sec and lower and Tei-index increases higher than 0.38 in spectrum of tissue Dopplerometry of tricuspid ring diastolic dysfunction of right ventricle in patients with chronic pulmonary heart is diagnosed. In case if rate of tricuspid flow spread decreases to 28-30 cm/sec, Tei-index increases to 0.38-0.61 in spectrum of tissue Dopplerometry of tricuspid ring diastolic dysfunction of right ventricle, accompanied by moderate pulmonary hypertension is diagnosed. In case if rate of tricuspid flow spread decreases to 27 cm/sec and lower and Tei-index increases higher than 0.8 in spectrum of tissue Dopplerometry of tricuspid ring expressed diastolic dysfunction of right ventricle, accompanied by severe pulmonary hypertension is diagnosed.
