A method of predicting the development of malignant solid tumors in children and adolescents, comprising immunologic research, characterized in that in children and adolescents with solid malignant tumors determined antigens of the major histocompatibility complex by serological typing I and II class HLA typing PCS-SSP and predict a risk of malignant tumors in children and adolescents with increasing frequency HLA A26 antigens in children with nephroblastoma and germ cell tumors, raising the frequency of HLA B 13 neuroblastoma, and 13 HLA DRB1 frequencies at nephroblastoma.
