PURPOSE: A muscle strengthening training apparatus for the legs and arms of patients with spastic cerebral palsy is provided to allow patients with spastic cerebral palsy to rehabilitate without the weight bearing help of a trainer. CONSTITUTION: A muscle strengthening training apparatus for the legs and arms of patients with spastic cerebral palsy includes a horizontal supporting part(100), a vertical supporting part(200), an upper body tightening part(300), and an auxiliary supporting part(400). The horizontal supporting part includes two base supports, a plurality of casters, and a pair of horizontal rails. The vertical supporting part horizontally moves on the horizontal supporting part. The vertical supports are vertically installed on the upper part of the horizontal supporting part. A holder for supporting rods is assembled at the upper part of the vertical supporting part. The upper body tightening part supports the weight of a patient. The auxiliary supporting part supports arm exercises.
