PURPOSE: International interchange study and certification integrated education providing method and system are provided to play a role as international interchange of a learner by educating and certifying a learner by interoperating with experience study.;CONSTITUTION: A server (200) provides international interchange study and certification integrated education including an education unit, a test unit, a certification unit, a storage unit and a publication unit. A basic course database stores more than one national-wise or education course-wise study information. A primary certification study database includes a common leadership lecture database by national or education course. First and second certification databases are connected with more than one nation-wise or education course-wise first certification examination database. An education unit (210) provides an archive video about an international exchange study through a cloud system connected to a network. The education unit receives a certificate and provides international interchange education to a learner. A test unit (220) judges pass or fail of a second certification examination through a second certification database.
