PURPOSE: An oriental medicine term collection and management method is provided to maximize the value of a traditional knowledge database by building an oriental medicine term collection system. CONSTITUTION: Oriental medicine terms are extracted from oriental medicine-related books to be inputted to a system(10). Overlapped terms are determined and modified and CUI(Concept Unique Identifier) target terms are selected(20). A description item about the CUI terms s inputted(30). The CUI terms are secondarily classified and an intrinsic code is granted to the CUI terms(40). A processing item about the CUI terms is inspected(50).
