Korean traditional medicinal herbs mixed with chocolate, and Korean traditional medicinal herbs coated with chocolate(Ganache chocolate) are provided, thereby preventing deterioration and distinct smell leakage of medicinal herbs, and easily digesting the medicinal herbs by children. The Korean traditional medicinal herbs mixed with chocolate is prepared by preparing extracts of Korean traditional medicinal herbs, and mixing the extracts of Korean traditional medicinal herbs with chocolate, wherein the extracts of Korean traditional medicinal herbs are concentrated solution or freeze-dried powder type Korean traditional medicinal herbs. The Korean traditional medicinal herbs coated with chocolate(Ganache chocolate) comprises a Korean traditional medicinal herb layer and a chocolate coating layer, wherein the chocolate coating layer is a mold type or shell type chocolate coating layer.
