PURPOSE: A system for preventing the crime using a panic function of a vehicle is provided to prevent the crime from occurring by making a criminal to be panic through activating the panic function of the vehicle parked in everywhere.;CONSTITUTION: A system for preventing the crime using a panic function of a vehicle comprises the vehicle (100) with the panic function, an emergency situation sensor (200), a warning mode managing unit (300), an emergency situation recognizing unit (400), and a panic function activating unit (500). The emergency situation sensor includes a touch sensor (210). The touch sensor is installed in a door handle of the vehicle and recognizes a contact signal of a victim in danger.
