PURPOSE: A tibia cutting guide and a tibia cutting guide set including thereof are provided to facilitate a cut of a tibia by not injuring a neurovascular bundle. CONSTITUTION: A tibia cutting guide and a tibia cutting guide set including thereof comprise the following steps: a protector(220) is inserted between a neurovascular bundle and a tibia; the neurovascular bundle is positioned behind the tibia; the protector is extended in parallel direction with a cross section of the tibia; a holding part(210) formed in order to hang at a side of the tibia; and a guide grip(240) is connected to the protector.
