PURPOSE: A molded product using a natural wooden material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily bend a panel formed of pulp or hardwood using a mold spraying steam or air, and to trim the periphery of the bent panel using a trimming mold, thereby manufacturing a product in detail.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a molded product using a natural wooden material includes: step A(S2,S4) of preparing a panel formed with a certain thickness of pulp or hardwood; step B(S6,S8) of sucking air using a lower mold having multiple jet holes for jetting or sucking air in order to fix the prepared panel to the lower mold; step C(S10,S12,S14,S16,S18,S20,S22) of pressing the panel with jetting steam to the panel and bending the panel with jetting the air by a forming mold at the upper side of the panel; step D(S24) of inserting the panel into an injection mold, injecting synthetic resin into the injection mold, coupling the synthetic resin to one side of the panel, and injection-molding the panel; and step E(S26) of coating the other side of the panel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (S10) Jet steam to the panel and perform pressing using a forming mold; (S12) Completely press the panel with the forming mold; (S14) Spray air with the forming mold to dry the panel; (S16) Let the heat-resistant adhesive tape melt to be soaked into the panel; (S18) Jet steam to the panel with a trimming mold; (S2) Attach a heat-resistant adhesive tape to a panel; (S20) Cut the edges of the panel with the trimming mold and spray air; (S22) Release the vacuum of the lower mold and eject air to demold the panel; (S24) Insert the panel into an injection mold and inject molten resin to injection-mold the panel; (S26) Coat transparent paint on the injection-molded panel to form a coating layer; (S4) Impregnate the panel with water or solution; (S6) Insert the panel to a lower mold; (S8) Suck the panel from the lower mold by vacuum
