PURPOSE: An efficient camera sensor arranging method, a WSN system using the same, and recording medium for the same are provided to monitor a road at event sensing rate which a user requests. CONSTITUTION: A top line, a base line, and height of sensing areas(SA1,SA2) of a trapezoid shape are calculated by using a control parameter and a sensor spec parameter supped from camera sensors(CS1,CS2). The width and length of a road are calculated to be monitored by a WSN system. A plurality of the camera sensors is arranged in order not to be overlapped with the sensing areas.
