HALOGEN-FREE FLAME RETARDANT POLYESTERDIOL COMPOSITE HAVING EXCELLENT DISPERSION STABILITY WITHOUT ADDING A SEPARATE DISPERSANT AND TACKIFIER AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PURPOSE: A halogen-free flame retardant polyesterdiol composite uniformly disperses flame retardant powder without a separate dispersant or dispersion stabilizer in an esterification reaction and improves the dispersion stability of a flame retardant component.;CONSTITUTION: A halogen-free flame retardant polyesterdiol composite manufactures an esterification reaction under the presence of a catalyst after adding a flame retardant into the mixture of a dicarboxylic monomer and a diol monomer. The equivalent ratio of the dicarboxylic acid monomer and a diol monomer is 0.3-0.8. The amount of the flame retardant powder added is 1-20 parts by weight to 100.0 parts by weight of the dicarboxylic monomer and the diol monomer.
