PURPOSE: A phased mathematics learning method and system using an application are provided to help a learner learn mathematics in the desired place and time by easily connecting to a mathematics education server at anytime and anywhere using a portable terminal based on the application which can be rapidly widely distributed.;CONSTITUTION: A member management module (111) of a mathematics education server (110) distributes an application (150) by interconnecting with a member database (121) and performs the management of the registration of a member and a learning log of the member or an evaluation result.
