PURPOSE: A maximum output follow-up EMTDC(Electromagnetic Transient Direct Current) analysis model of a wind velocity-dependent wind power generator is provided to design a wind power generator control system as well as to analyze wind power transient phenomena of an instantaneous value analysis program caused by power system access, in order to improve the usage efficiency of renewable energy through the maximum output control of the wind power generator. CONSTITUTION: An output analysis method of a wind power generator receives input parameters including wind tower height(Ht), wind blade rotor radius(R), wind velocity(Vw), wind blade rotor rotation speed(W=R), and rotor pitch control angle() by using an analyzer modeled for the analysis of transient phenomena of the wind power generator, and calculates output parameters including maximum output(PWopt) at the optimal wind rotor speed of the wind power generator and torque(TWopt) at this point. A wind turbine is controlled to generate maximum output through the control of pitch control angles by a pitch controller in a wind velocity region between a rated wind velocity(Vn) and a minimum wind velocity(Vcut-in) which is a shutdown state of wind turbine operation. Rotor rotation speed(R) value Ropt, which becomes a maximum value of a non-linear function(Cp) according to a mathematical formula, is obtained. The maximum output and the torque at this point are calculated by using opt(Ropt,Vw) and Cp(opt,) at this point according to mathematical formulas( is air density), and displayed through a display unit. The Ropt and maximum output(PWopt) are recalculated for each time point, in order to follow up real rotor rotation speed(R) and real wind turbine output(Pw) respectively through the correction of the pitch control angles for the calculated Ropt and maximum output by the pitch controller.
