PURPOSE: A cooling apparatus for electric and electronic equipment is provided to improve cooling performance by having a plurality of heat dissipation pins in each path of a heat dissipation plate structure.;CONSTITUTION: A cooling apparatus(100) includes a housing(110), an internal air blowing fan(120), an external air blowing fan and a heat exchanger(140). The heat exchanger is arranged and forms a plurality of first paths and a plurality of second paths arranged in the arrangement direction. The external air blowing fan generates air flow through the first paths. The internal air blowing fan generates air flow through the second paths. The housing accommodates the heat exchanger, the external air blowing fan and the internal air blowing fan in the housing.
