PURPOSE: A mold opening device for an epoxy insulation mold is provided to reduce mold opening time by linearly pushing a product in a fixed mold by the piston reciprocation of a pneumatic cylinder installed in the center of the fixed mold.;CONSTITUTION: A molding space(30) is formed between a fixed mold(10) and a movable mold(20). An epoxy insulator(3) is formed by injecting epoxy resin to the outer side of a conductor(2). A pneumatic cylinder(50) is integrated with an installation space formed in the center of the fixed mold. A pushing pin(7) is installed in the center of a fixture(4) in the rear of the conductor of the epoxy insulator. A piston rod(52) separates the epoxy insulator by pushing the pushing pin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
