摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of environmentally-friendly high strength lightweight fire-proof insulating panel composition, a light-weight wall system using the composition and a construction method thereof are provided to enhance lightness, early compressive strength, fire resistance, heat resistance and water resistance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of environmentally-friendly high strength lightweight fire-proof insulating panel composition comprises the following steps: manufacturing a first mixture by dry mixing 10-20 parts by weight of paper ash with 60-80 parts by weight of blast furnace slag; manufacturing a second mixture by mixing 10-20 parts by weight of foam molding promoter, 1-10 parts by weight of sodium metasilicate, and 4-6 parts by weight of combined water; and adding the second mixture to the first mixture. The environmentally-friendly high intensity light-weight wall system comprises a supporting runner, studs (50), a board(60), and an environmentally-friendly high strength lightweight fire-proof heat-insulating panel composition(70). The studs are installed along the longitudinal direction of the support runner leaving constant interval.
