A vehicle fuel efficiency improvement method and exclusive energy saving and emission reduction device thereof, mainly solving the technical problems of higher oil consumption, incomplete fuel combustion, and likely carbon deposition in existing vehicle engines; the key points of the technical solution are: Installing an exhaust separation device in the forced ventilation system of an engine crankcase; mainly adopting an oil-gas separation technology to manufacture a diffusion vortex cavity and an oil-gas separator; and utilizing an aerodynamic principle to improve the decomposition degree of the exhaust through compression and high speed vortex in the energy saving device, thus separating the engine oil vapor in the exhaust from combustible mixed gases, and then sent to the engine via an air intake throttle. The present invention enables the fuel to be fully burned so as to achieve an oil-saving effect and reduce emissions. Under normal circumstances, the present invention can reduce fuel consumption by more than 10% to 20%, and reduce automobile emission by 10% to 40%, and therefore can be widely used on various fuel-burning vehicle engines.
