The present Invention relates to an electronic device to aid in the communication of people with different types of Disabilities, SensoryCharacterized by a system of transmitting and receiving information that includes a Voice Command Recognition system that makes use of a capacitive type microphone and a Programmable module to capture and process the information; it also features a QWERTY keyboard and a Lcd for the preview of the message to send,Through two possible Systems for transmission over the PSTN using a micro phone from which sends the processed information; The second one performs the serial Transmission with direct connection to the other device.This also includes a system of Mechatronic Braille cells compatible with six and eight points that form the received message to be read by People with visual disabilities.
