PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product purchase proper timing information distribution system for distributing product purchase proper timing information about a product or a product field at a timing desired by the user when constituent members of a group to which a user belongs are included. PSOLUTION: When a product purchase proper timing information providing server 12 receives from a user terminal 13 a distribution request of purchase proper timing information about a product field in a group to which the user belongs, the server refers to all the products of a group attribute of a past purchase history recorded in a purchase history DB 128 and a product attribute belonging to product field, extracts a corresponding purchase history record, calculates an average number of days of purchase intervals for the product attribute and the number of days from the last purchase date till the present, and when the number of days from the last purchase date till the present reaches a predetermined threshold or is longer than the average number of days, distributes the product belonging to the product attribute to the user terminal 13 of the requester as product purchase proper timing information.
