PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for properly performing the power charging of each department section.;SOLUTION: This charging processing method includes: a step for acquiring the location information of a user in a prescribed timing, counting the number of users located in a specific area for each department, and calculating the occupancy rate of each department; a process for determining whether or not there exists any exclusive department as a department whose occupancy rate is equal to or higher than an exclusive area determination threshold; a process for generating charging information from electric energy consumption corresponding to the specific area or a sum corresponding to the electric energy consumption stored in an electric facility DB when there exists the exclusive department, and registering the charging information in association with the exclusive department in a charging DB; a process for determining whether or not there exists a shared department as a department whose occupancy rate is equal to or higher than the shared area determination threshold when there does not exist the exclusive department, charging a sum per department based on the number of the shared departments and the electric energy consumption corresponding to the specific area or the sum stored in the electric facility DB, and registering the charging sum per department in association with each shared department as charging information in the charging DB.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
