PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such a situation that it is clarified that a job seeker who has been hired is not able to do a job given by a job offer side, or that a job seeker who is able to do the job given by the job offer side, and who is willing to do the job is not hired since personal information is not coincident with the information of a hired person requested by the job offer side.;SOLUTION: The job offer information proposal device includes: extraction means; selection means; and proposal means. The extraction means is configured to extract a job which a job seeker is able to do on the basis of the personal information of the job seeker. The selection means is configured to select job offer information showing the job which is coincident with the job extracted by the extraction means from among job offer information showing jobs given to hired persons by the job offer side.
