PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining an effect of medication discharged outside a cell by P-gp.;SOLUTION: A biological sample collected from a subject is examined by a method that includes a step for measuring an amount of human miR-145 and determines an effect of medication discharged outside a cell by P-gp. It is preferable that the medication may be one selected from a group comprising anti-cancer drug, immunosuppressive drug, anti-HIV drug, colchicine, digoxin, quinidine, verapamil, and steroid.
