PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure for a sound-insulating and fire-resistant pipe and a sound-insulating and fire-resistant pipe joint in which a connection part is sufficiently sealed to the outside air when the sound-insulating and fire-resistant pipe and the sound-insulating and fire-resistant pipe joint are connected to each other via a joint filling material.SOLUTION: A connection part of a sound-insulating and fire-resistant pipe 10 to a sound-insulating and fire-resistant pipe joint 20 has a step, and a seal tape for sealing the connection part cannot be always wound simply and beautifully. By winding an aluminum tape 40 which is the seal tape via an extension part 28 (a sound-insulating layer 26b and the extension part 28 are elastic) provided on the sound-insulating layer 26b, the aluminum tape 40 can be wound simply and beautifully without forming any wrinkle. Thus, the connection part can be sufficiently sealed to the outside air.
