PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a household waste disposal kit, household waste disposal device and household waste disposal method, capable of facilitating disposal of household waste when a bag is detached.;SOLUTION: The household waste disposal device 1 includes: a bag 2; a toilet seat 3 for supporting the bag 2; a bucket 4 for supporting the toilet seat 3; a biodegradable composition 5 stored in the bag 2; and an abutting member 6 placed on the bottom of the bucket 4 and extending upward to abut on the bag 2. The bag 2 is suspended in such a way that the bottom 22 of the bag 2 abuts on a top plate 62 of the abutting member 6 to be formed in a shape having an inverted M-shaped cross-section. A second bottom 24 located lower than the bottom 22 is formed in the periphery of the bottom 22 in a peripheral wall 23, and the biodegradable composition 5 is disposed at the second bottom 24.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
