PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for effectively preventing a burst of food in the case of carrying out heating cooking using a microwave oven.;SOLUTION: A burst restraining material used for microwave heat-cooked food to prevent a burst of food includes albumen powder and metal salt. A film can be formed on the surface of the food by using the albumen powder, and film property is improved by adding the metal salt. Further, the dielectric loss of microwave energy is remarkably improved by the ionization of the metal salt. It is therefore assumed to form a stronger film by the improvement of microwave absorption into the film on the surface of the food.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
