PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bargain sale merchandise determination system for easily making the unique and subjective sales plan of a store by utilizing the past result of the store managed by a user.;SOLUTION: The bargain sale merchandise determination support server device includes: theme calendar constitution means for collecting and constituting screen data for presenting living information and weather information relating to a designated month and statistical information based on a POS in the calendar format of week units in accordance with the designation of a month; and sales plan creation means for accepting the sales promotion theme of the designated week and the input request of significant merchandise according as a graphical user interface on the theme calendar displayed at user terminal equipment is operated, and for generating and recording sales plan records relating to the designated week.
