The element (10) has beams formed of aluminum alloy profiles, and a panel (1) comprising a stiffener (3) integrated with a determined face of a concrete plate (2), where thickness of the concrete plate ranges from 15 to 100 mm. The stiffener is only formed of a profile i.e. corner bead, that is made of metal. The stiffener has a first portion molded on the top of the concrete plate and a second portion extending from the concrete plate, where the first portion serves as a reinforcement.
