The device has a quarter-oval block (1), whose top is round (2) to provide a large surface to a top support point of the device, where the block is made of flexible material e.g. rubber. Incurved internal surface (3) has a base (4) acting as a main support point on edge of plates. A transverse slot under the bloc rises towards a round surface of the block and forms a clip (5) at the rear of the base. A lower part e.g. tab, of the block closes and opens the clip, where the tab is beveled towards a back (7) for inserting edges of plates. The tab is round towards interior of the clip.
