Method for detecting leakage of liquid in salamander plant for food industry, involves monitoring whether salamander passing in salamander medium is approached end face by sensor
The method involves introducing a sensor (3) into a pipeline (1) of salamander plant based on inductive or capacitive principle, without projecting an end face into an inner portion of pipe line. The sensor is provided to monitor whether a salamander passing in salamander medium (2) is approached the end face. The threshold value for the thickness of salamander medium is obtained. The thickness of salamander medium is monitored and alarm signal is produced, when thickness of salamander medium is exceeded the threshold value. An independent claim is included for device for detecting leakage of liquid in salamander plant.
