Combustion chamber component for vaporizer burner of vehicle heater, has flame tube following combustion chamber outer wall in exit region, where combustion chamber outer wall and flame tube are integrally formed with one another
The component (10) has a vaporizer medium (24) arranged with a base assembly (16) and limited by a combustion chamber outer wall (14). A combustion chamber (12) comprises an exit region (30) and a flame tube (32) following the combustion chamber outer wall in the exit region, where the combustion chamber outer wall and the flame tube are integrally formed with one another. The base assembly comprises a pot-type carrier (20), where the vaporizer medium is carried by the carrier and held between the carrier and an end region (18) of the combustion chamber outer wall. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for producing an ignition element holder attachment (2) a method for manufacturing a combustion chamber outer wall.
