Surgical holding instrument for surgical clasp element in surgical equipment, has linkage assembly releasably connected with holding instrument corresponding to coupling device of surgical handling instrument for forming holding instrument
The instrument (14) has a holding member moving relative to another holding member and a clasp element retainer for receiving a part of a clamping element (18) i.e. aneurysm clip (20). The former holding member is moved from one relative position to another relative position under deformation of the clamping element. A linkage assembly is releasably connected with the holding instrument corresponding to a coupling device of a surgical handling instrument (12) for forming the holding instrument. The clamping element is pre-assembled on the holding instrument.
