The method involves simultaneously detecting the spectral reflectance of the body tissue for the degree of respective mechanical load, and the change in spectral characteristics according to mechanical load of the tissue. The optical excitation and the detection of optical radiation are performed based on amount of force directly applied to the body tissue. The spectral excitation and the detection of optical radiation are performed in UV region, infrared region or visible region.
