The structure (7) has a worktop (10) extending from a leading edge (11) to a trailing edge in longitudinal direction. The structure is adjusted between a basic position and a limiting position, where a top surface of the worktop cooperates with a top surface of a tray plate (17) in the basic position to form a planar coherent working surface. The tray plate is rotatable around a tilting axis (12), such that the tray plate is bent from a rear edge to a front edge when the structure is not arranged in the basic position.
