Method for measuring accuracy of mechanical watch by portable telephone, involves calculating temporal difference displayed between display values and variation rate of experimental display, and displaying rate on visualization unit
The method involves selecting a visual display device of a timepiece (10) as experimental display, and storing a measured instant in a recording unit (4) in correspondence with a temporal reference source (3). A display value corresponding to an image is determined. Another measured instant is stored in the unit in correspondence with the source after a determined time interval. Another display value corresponding to another image is determined. Temporal difference displayed between the values is calculated. Variation rate of the display is calculated and displayed on a visualization unit (7). An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing a method for measuring accuracy of timepiece.
