FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: what is described is a recombinant plasmid pMSIN4 for the expression of recombinant human insulin having the size of 5495 base pairs, consisting of the following elements: kanamycin resistance gene (Kang, 813 base pairs); cloned gene (225 base pairs) coding an insulin precursor protein and containing a pre-peptide consisting of 21 amino acid residues (2.46 kDa); a T7 promoter (17 base pairs); arginine codon (CGC) binding the sequences coding insulin B chain and A chain; a replication site (ColEl origin, 588 base pairs). What is presented in the BL21 (DE3)/pMSIN4 strain (deposited in the Czech Collection of Microorganisms, Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic, No. CCM 7884) is produced by transformation of E.coli cells of the BL21(DE3) strain by the recombinant plasmid pMSIN4. What is described is a method for producing recombinant human insulin involving cultivation of the presented producer strain.;EFFECT: invention provides higher quality and yield of the end product - recombinant human insulin, simplified method for producing recombinant human insulin in industry.;4 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
