FIELD: medicine.; SUBSTANCE: method includes the collection of human oral fluid with collector with subsequent putting of it on test-strip containing subsequently located zones: At-mark conjugate containing specific drug antibodies marked with gold; test one, containing immobilized analyte conjugates; ovalbumine; control containing anti-species antibodies; with subsequent determination of test validity by observation of stained strip appearance in control zone, and determination of drug presence in oral fluid by observation of stained strip appearance in test zone with the following analyte used as conjugate: protein produced using carbodiimide method from macromolecular ovalbumine carrier, analyte used is the haptenes that are the derivatives of drug substances (morphine, amphetamine, cocaine and tetrahydrocannabinol) containing spacer with carboxyl group with the ratio of haptene moles per protein molecule of 12-15 and the conjugate of At-mark used is the monoclonal antibodies to studied drug substances produced using hybrid technology on the basis of conjugated antigens produced of macromolecular carrier of bovine serum albumin and the abovementioned haptenes, derivatives of drug substances.
